This film is adapted from Ai Iijima's autobiographical novel "Platonic Sex".
The pure high school girl Aoi Kakura (Saki Kagami) was gang-raped by her friends because of her careless friendship. Her parents did not give her comfort but scolded her, causing her to run away from home. Aoi, who was desperate for life, was ready to jump off the building to commit suicide on her 17th birthday, but received a birthday blessing from Iwasaki Shun (Joe Odagiri) to his sister Ai Iwasaki in heaven. An unexpected text message linked the fate of the two people together. Aoi survived, but because of losing her faith, she began to chase money, became a bar girl, and filmed AV. Whenever she was lonely, she always sent messages to Shun as "love", telling her confusion and dissatisfaction with life.
